Policy on Returns and Refunds

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Seller and Goobat may reject your returned item(s) if the item(s) fail to meet the requirements as mentioned in the Refund and Return Policy. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the item in the following circumstances:

• The Item has not been received by Buyer
• The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories)
• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer
• The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item
• The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered)
• The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

Buyer’s application must be submitted via the Goobat Customer Service at [email protected]. However, for prescribed medicines, strictly no return and refund shall be allowed.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

The Buyer will be refunded with Goobat Voucher and will be able to spend the voucher on other desired items.

For GoobatKawan Subscription, items will be replaced with the exact products with good condition.

Refund Period: 14-28 Days, however, we will speed up the process as soon as possible.

How do I return my items?

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Goobat in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

How long do I have to return my items?

The Buyer has 5 working days to request return via Goobat Customer Service at [email protected]

How soon will I receive my refund after returning an order?

3 Days after refund confirmation.

Does the refunded amount include shipping fee?

1.In the scenario of an unforeseen error from Goobat's end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the buyer), the buyer will bear the return shipping fee,  Goobat will refund you with a cash voucher worth RM 10 for West Malaysia, RM 15 for East Malaysia.
