3. The first person who claimed for the specific product shall only be entitled to the claim. In the event there is a claim of the same product found in our database, Karen will send you the proof of the previously submitted receipt and then reject the claim.
4. The best price guaranteed is only valid for licensed and registered medicine under the governance of MOH Malaysia.
5. All claims will be processed within 7 days.
6. The uploaded receipt is only accepted if the purchase is coming from a privately owned pharmacy.
